Business After Hours- As a member you can host a "Business After Hours" reception at your place of business or in our chamber community room. The Chamber will send out invitations to the entire Chamber Membership. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business and it provides an excellent networking opportunity.
Business Counseling-Do you occasionally need help and/or advise on your business operations? We can help! The Pickens County Chamber of Commerce is in partnership with the University of Georgia's Small Business Development Center. A representative of the SBDC is available to help you get your new and start-up business off to its best possible start; as well as, assisting your current business. The cover areas such as record keeping, marketing, creating a business plan, what your banker wants, accounting, and developing cash flow and financial statements. Business Referrals-The Chamber of Commerce office receives many calls requesting recommendations for businesses and services in our area- we recommend our Chamber Members!
Chamber Marquee-Advertise your special event that you are planning on the Chamber's marquee.

Drugs Don't Work-Certified drug-free workplaces in Georgia receive a 7.5% discount on workers’ comp premiums!
Free & Discounted Meeting Rooms- When planning your business meetings, Chamber Members receive discounts when reserving the Chamber Community Room and no charge privileges for the Chamber Board Room during normal business hours.
Grand Openings and Ribbon Cuttings-If you are a new business or you have a new product line or location, the Chamber of Commerce will conduct a grand opening or ribbon cutting for you.
Health Insurance with MemberCare Alliance- as a member of the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, you maybe able to save money on your medical insurance. Many small business Chamber members have been able to obtain Blue Cross & Blue Shield coverage through MemberCare Alliance Insurance Benefits.
Membership Breakfasts-Monthly Chamber breakfasts are offered on community interest topics: Legislative Updates, City and County Government and Education issues and a variety of community interest topics. Quality of Life Magazine-Your Chamber of Commerce publishes a Quality of Life Magazine that addresses livability and quality of life issues in our community. Seminars/Workshops-Business seminars and workshops are offered that address issues to enhance the operation of your business. Most seminars and workshops are offered FREE to Chamber members, or for a nominal fee to cover food or instructor costs.

Tax Deductible-Your membership investment into the Chamber of Commerce is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a "necessary business expense" and is totally deductible.
