The Shop Pickens First program has the full support of local governments and the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, but its success or failure lies entirely with the individual residents of the county. There will be an ongoing marketing campaign to enlighten all residents of Pickens County of the importance of doing their part to Shop Pickens First.
